| Vicente Roca Point is located at the northwestern part of Isabela Island where it is impossible to land. Punta Vicente Roca is the best place to snorkel with turtles because there are just so many of them. It is also possible to see different types of sharks and other fish. The huge sunfish is known to frequent the area and if you are lucky you might even get the chance to snorkel with flightless cormorants and penguins. During a dinghy ride, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape including steep rock walls and a large cave. You can observe various sea birds nesting and fishing along the cliffs: flightless cormorants, blue-footed boobies and brown noddies amongst others. |
