Only a few Galapagos cruise boats visit Marchena Island. It is one of the northernmost islands of the Galapagos archipelago.
Disembarking is not permitted at Marchena Island but the island features two excellent snorkeling sites: Mejia Point and Black-sand Beach. While snorkeling, you can see a great variety of fish including reef sharks, turtles and rays.
While navigating the waters around Marchena Island, you have good chances to observe dolphins and other cetaceans.

Highlights: Excellent snorkeling, chance to see dolphins and whales
Activities: Snorkeling, dinghy ride, kayaking
Tip: Ask your guide about how this island is connected to the human history of the southern island Floreana.

Activities and visits may vary according to the cruise.
